Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch
You would be amazed at how many watch models out there display the day-of-the-week and date of the month via sub-dials and, you would be even more amazed to find, that in over 90% of the cases, the wearer of the watch can barely see what the date is.
In all these watch models, the date of the month is displayed via a sub-dial that has these tiny markers on it. These markers look like tiny ants crawling on the dial face and you need the eyes of a hawk to be able to actually clearly see the date to which the date hand is pointing. This pretty much makes the date sub-dial absolutely useless. Since watch makers usually use a magnifying glass when working, I’m guessing they don’t realize that the date cannot be seen without the aid of the magnifying glass.
Despite knowing this, I was on the look out for a watch that displayed the day of the week and the date in a manner that was clearly visible with just the naked eyes. To tell you frankly, I did not have much hope until that is, I saw the Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch.
This beautiful looking watch with a lovely pearl white dial, has three sub-dials. One displays the hour in 24-hour format, the other at 3’Oclock position displays the day of the week in an elegant non-cluttered fashion; and the third sub-dial displayed the date of the month but it did so by having date numbers for every 5thdate. This design not only gave the date sub-dial a non-cluttered appearance, it also made it possible to see the date of the month quite easily. Design innovation; that’s why I love the Casio.
The hour and minute hands of the Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch are large and luminous. There is also a second’s hand in bright red that beautifully contrasts with the pearl-white dial. “Sun” for Sunday, is painted red – this is another elegant touch that I loved. It’s these little things that count.
Water resistant up to 50 meters, the Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch is 47mm across and therefore, fashionably large. No squinting to see the time of the day.
Made in Japan, the Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch is accurate up to 20 seconds per month which means, at most, you would have to reset the time just once or twice a year.
The watch bezel of the Casio Enticer MTP-1374L-7AV MTP1374L-7AV Chronograph Analog Men’s Watch is done in just the right shade of gold to make it stand out and look beautiful. I also love the fact that the watch comes with an elegant genuine leather strap and not a chunky stainless-steel bracelet. A leather strap keeps the watch securely in place.

In response to your request for a review on my purchase from DOWNUNDERWATCHES I can say the following, I address myself for this particular watches to DOWNUNDERWATCHES since they claim to be Australia's premier online watches store. This particular model is not available in store in Australia, not that I know off, therefore the advertised Australia's premier online watch store induce me to believe that the item was available in Australia but only from online orders. It turn out not to be so but from Singapore apparently. So, the claim that delivery is made within three days turn out to be three weeks. This detail should be indicated clearly to people in Australia. Other than that the delivery was made by DHL and the watch received in good condition some ten days latter. The watch is exactly as I expected it would be, well packaged, no complaint whatsoever to make about it. It would be better for the retailer to indicate that the delivery to Australia will required two weeks instead of saying next to day of dispatching leaving the impression that the goods is from an Australian distributor which physically it is not. Orient watches are not well represented in Australia by retailers if not at all. Seiko dominates the market amongst other brand. Orient is no more made in Japan as it was in the past, the factory with the name Epson is now in Thailand, the product is still of high quality and genuine as it has been expected from the original manufacturer in previous years from Japan. Epson has absorbed the brand name Orient which remains nevertheless a high quality product originally exclusively from Japan. Orient watches are of high quality until today.

The watch was as good as I expected, being refurbished and works accurately with minor blemishes. "Downunderwatches" is Singapore based, so I was surprised to have to pay additional fees for the foreign import.
