Return / Exchange

We accept returns and will sort out your refund under the conditions listed below.

To be eligible for a return or swap, all watches need to be sent back to us within the first 30 days after your purchase and must be in original condition (brand new and unused) with:

    1. The watch in original working order, with no defective bits.
    2. Not a scratch or damage.
    3. No resizing or altering the bracelet.
    4. All tags intact and in place. 
    5. Proof of purchase along with the original box, documents, and packaging.

    For Returns

    If you’re not stoked with your purchase, no worries mate, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Just make sure you send your watch back in its original nick, no dings or dents, within the first 30 days. You’ll need to cover the bill for all the shipping, handling, and packaging costs. And just a heads up, even if you snagged free shipping at the start, we’ll have to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

    For Exchange

    If you're not chuffed with your watch, no worries, you can swap it over. Just a heads up, as the buyer, you'll need to cover the shipping fees both ways. You can then pick another ticker from our range, and we’ll sort out any price difference—either by you topping up or us giving you a refund.

    We are not responsible for any shipping issues during returns or exchanges. We also don’t take back dud watches for returns or swaps since we give each one a proper once-over before we send it out. If your watch is playing up, please email us first.
